This 3 bedroom / 1 bath property was re-envisioned as a live-work space. A property with years of deferred maintenance, the bungalow was in need of considerable repairs, design improvements and upgrades. New electrical, heating and plumbing were added, as well as a new kitchen, master bathroom and closet, roof, rain gutters, hardwood floors, and paint. The garage was converted into an office space; the yard was re-landscaped and re-configured to add privacy and to provide a separate entrance to the office.
